Questions
- What counts as a DM?
- Each private message we send for you: the first message to someone who commented, and every follow-up. Public replies under your post don’t count.
- What happens when I reach my monthly DMs?
- New conversations pause until your allowance resets next month, or until you upgrade. Conversations already started still finish, so nobody is left waiting halfway.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free.
- I have a CreatorSaathi plan. Do I pay twice?
- No. Link your CreatorSaathi account from Plan & billing and the DMSCD plan it includes applies straight away. If you also pay here, the higher plan wins.
- Which Instagram accounts work?
- Professional accounts (Business or Creator). Instagram requires this for messaging tools. Switching is free in the Instagram app.
- How do I pay?
- Monthly in Indian rupees through Razorpay, using a card, UPI Autopay or another method Razorpay supports for subscriptions.
