DMSCD helps Instagram creators and businesses reply automatically to people who interact with their content. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your account details: name, email address and sign-in information.
- From the Instagram account you connect: profile details, posts, comments, messages and story interactions needed to run your automations.
- From people who interact with your account: their Instagram username and ID, the comment or message they sent, and replies they give (for example an email address they choose to share).
- Usage data such as link clicks and automation results, to show you analytics.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: running your automations, showing you results, securing your account and contacting you about it. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
How we protect it
Instagram access tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is transferred over HTTPS and stored with providers that meet industry security standards. Access inside our team is limited and logged.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect Instagram or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your data immediately. If you remove DMSCD from your Instagram settings, Meta notifies us and we delete the data for that Instagram account; you can check the status at /data-deletion.
